Guinea – The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Guinea launched the digital access program in partnership with ICDL Africa, which will be implemented by Dixinn-Gate.

The project is a logical continuation of the “Presidential Initiative for the connection of schools” launched by H.E Excellence the President Alpha Condé in 2017. It is in this context that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set up the “ PANG ”, a digital access programme in Guinea.

Through the partnership of ICDL Francophone and Dxinn Gate in Guinea, the plan is to have a batch of Two hundred and twenty (220) teachers trained by 2020 and the same group will train the students in those High Learning Institutions (HLIs). ICDL is adopted for all the HLIs in Guinea. This project was launched in December 2019 and the Trainings for the 220 started in January 2020.
