As the resilience and adaptability of business worldwide is tested in these unprecedented times, contingency plans on business continuity during and after the pandemic are a top priority.
The education sector has been adversely affected by disruptions to academic and examination calendars and national government’s having to re-strategize on the way forward for the rest of the academic year. Even so, there is a need for Institutions and Businesses to look beyond these tough moments and embrace the Digital Opportunities that they can leverage for having operations running.
ICDL Africa-Kenya team held a Webinar on 23rd June 2020 with several prospective partners to advocate for continuous learning through the adoption of the ICDL programme.

The highlight of the Webinar was to demonstrate the global reach of ICDL Certification, how the Institutions and Businesses represented by participants can join ICDL and how, despite the current implications of social distancing and closure of educational institutions, SkillsBox offers a great solution for business continuity with the e-learning and certification at the comfort of learners wherever they may be.
The team is dedicated to continuing this dialog with additional prospective partners in the coming weeks with a view to expanding the ICDL Partners network, and continuing to nurture business relations with existing ICDL Partners in Kenya.
End.
