ICDL TESTING DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

ICDL Africa will be remaining active during the COVID-19 crisis to help support all users of the ICDL programme in Africa. While this is an exceptionally difficult time, we will be taking steps to support the continued operation of the ICDL programme in Africa.

We are working closely with our network of Accredited Test Centres, to allow training and testing to work with as little disruption as possible.

We have implemented special guidelines for remote invigilation of ICDL certification tests. These guidelines will let test centres run certification testing sessions remotely and securely. We take the quality of the ICDL programme very seriously and the guidelines will maintain our high standards, while allowing for the very different situation we are now in.

These new guidelines are being applied by ICDL Africa in the most appropriate way for each country. Please contact ICDL Africa to find out more about how this affects test centres and candidates.

We have also made our printable learning materials available as eBooks. These learning materials cover all of our modules. Again, the availability of these materials will differ from country to country, so please contact ICDL Africa for more information.

Above all, we are maintaining close contact with all ICDL test centres to make sure that we can support the ICDL programme as best as possible. You can contact us using our contact form. We will try to respond as soon as possible.

In this difficult time, on behalf of the whole ICDL community, we wish you good health.
