In 2015, ICDL Africa Signed an MoU with the Ministry of Youth and ICT (MYICT) in Rwanda and among the deliverables ICDL was to support in the development of a National Digital Literacy Policy in Rwanda.
Since then, ICDL Africa Office was set up in Kigali that manages the ICDL activities across Africa. Currently, ICDL Africa has set up offices around the continent. The established operators are based in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda in East Africa. In West Africa we are represented in Benin- an office that manages the Francophone Countries. ICDL Africa is also represented in Southern Africa from offices in South Africa and another one in Zimbabwe.
ICDL is delivered in Rwanda through a network of test centers. Use the list below to find your nearest center.
