Print page

February 2019,

ICDL Africa attended the weekly ICDL Club meeting at Nu Vision High School. The cabinet of the ICDL mentioned that when the club started in 2018, they had only a total number of 50 club members and now they boast a new number of 162 members. During the meeting, various concerns have been  discussed about different ideas and plans for 2019 among which publishing a magazine and creating an ICDL day in school due to take place on 24 02 2019.

The management of the school approved the club to organize all activities for that day and it aims at creating more awareness for the candidates in the National curriculum to also register for ICDL training. The school also has over 1000 students and the management of the school is targeting the whole school to be training in ICDL after a given period of time. The Club cabinet and members are working on the 'The Club Motto' and designing the club T-shirt to build a sense of identity among other clubs in the school.

The club patron and ICDL trainer also indulged the members in a question trivia in which the winner got an ICDL branded T-shirt.
