Last week the Africa team had an opportunity to spend time with the CEO of ICDL Foundation . The team had different internal meetings with an objective of reviewing what has been achieved, what opportunities are available in each market, how can those opportunities can be turned into sales, how to improve on using the new system since CRM would play a big role in achieving the objectives. They also had a chance to review the sales forecast from now to December 2018. It was enriching to have the entire team together brainstorming on how they can maximize the opportunities in the African region.
Everyone went back with a renewed mindset on how they could have things done better after sharing the challenges and issues that might occur in different countries and learning from each other.
