Rwanda Revenue Authority ICDL Accredited Test Centre

The Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) is a government revenue collection agency established by the Parliament of Rwanda. The RRA is charged with enforcing, assessing, collecting, and accounting for the various taxes imposed in Rwanda. As part of supporting digitalization and improve service delivery, The Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) is training and certifying its staff to the ICDL Standard.


This project is to train 500 permanent employees in ICDL. The Pilot project targets to train 40 employees after which the best 20 candidates will undertake Train the Trainer Programme (TOT). These qualified trainers will then train the 460 employees across the country.

The pilot project commences in July in Butare, Southern Province of Rwanda at one of the best Computer Training facility in the country.
