Training of Trainers at Rwanda Management Institute (Muhanga Campus)

ICDL Africa visited Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) Muhanga Campus where the ATC is conducting a training of candidates who will eventually take the responsibility of training civil servants across the country under Rwanda Management Institute (RMI). The training started on 12 March 2018 and will run for 20 days after which a selection will be conducted to pick a pool of trainers who will take the training of trainers programme and carry out the trainings.

A total of 102 trainees are at the campus as resident candidates to avoid distraction by other duties for the full training duration. There are drawn from different Government Ministries and Institutions and a group of fresh graduates forwarded by the Capacity Building Secretariat.
